Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and stunning rooms, although some maintenance is needed. The service was fantastic and personable, with minor issues in kitchen logistics. The location is conveniently quiet and near beautiful parks. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a lovely stay with great staff and a beautiful quiet setting.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small and on the lower ground floor, were quiet with lovely garden views and good facilities. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and assistance beyond expectations. The location was great for theater and dining options, but inconveniences with tap rotation were noted. The dining experience was delicious and plentiful, but there were missed dinner opportunities. Overall, a cozy and welcoming stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of comfort and charm with its spacious, beautifully designed rooms featuring open plan bathrooms and a romantic four poster bed, perfect for celebrating special occasions. The service was exceptional with thoughtful gestures like arranging a taxi and a welcoming atmosphere. Despite needing some maintenance, the peaceful location is ideal for a relaxing retreat, conveniently close to transport links. The dining experience provided delicious options, although room for improvement remains. Overall, a delightful stay with great potential.
Staying in the executive room located in the basement was a great experience, especially due to its proximity to the center. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, being in the basement provided a nice view of the garden, but there were noisy doors early in the morning on a Sunday, and occasional smells from the kitchen outside the door.
Staying in room 14 on the lower ground floor provided a great view and good facilities, but having a stud wall that went only partway to the ceiling was a bit unsettling with staff passing by. Overall, the room was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The room was very small with no soundproofing and an unconventional bathroom setup, but the staff put in lovely touches like rose petals and candles, making it a welcoming stay. The location was great, close to attractions but quiet. The dining experience was a mix of fab and slight disappointment, offering delicious options but with room for improvement on variety. Overall, a cozy yet somewhat flawed experience.
